Carnival is an ambitious project that incorporates an art exhibition, performances, education programmes, fundraising dinners and an auction. Together, they advocate the freedom of expression in Hong Kong. It will take place between 16 and 26 February 2017 at KONG Art Space in Central, Hong Kong.
