Framer and restoration question/ need quote for insurance, by Coach on Mar 28, 2017 14:43:39 GMT 1, Hi everyone, I recently purchased a print via UA member and unfortunately- the print came damaged due to carrier. The insurance is requiring a quote for value from a restoration place and or original artist (in this case Faile). If anyone on here is a framer/restoration place that can give me a quote via email- that we can submit to insurance as reference would be great. Side note- I emailed Whitney at Faile last week and no word back yet/ does anyone have a phone number there? Thanks in advance!
I think you will need to specify what country you are in.
If uk, people speak highly of Graham Bignall for restoration.

are there any secondary market sales of the print? i've used ebay in the past for proof of value on claims. not sure if that is always accepted.
never heard of the artist providing proof of 2ndary market value of a print. seems a bit odd.
