So I am out of the country for a number of weeks and I have an artwork by Pose being delivered. The problem I have is there is a customs charge to get it delivered and without the delivery card I am not sure how to pay it.
I have a tracking number for the piece but there is no option on the USPS site when I look the tracking number up. It just says it is being help whilst the addressee is being notified.
Can anyone help as to how I can pay the customs so it can be delivered?

Would putting a vacation hold help the situation at all?

People underestmate the power of a phone call these days.
they will find it for you with the tracking and tell them to redeliver it when you are back.

This should be handed over to Parcelforce. Call them with the USPS tracking number to get the Parcelforce number. Pay the fee over the phone and then ask to reschedule the delivery.
