It not only proves you have the item, but it will also reinforce the item's condition and current state.

Price: (How much do you want for the print? Are you willing to accept offers or is this price firm? If trading, what are you looking to trade for the artwork?)
Any final closing comments:
e.g. I am looking for this deal to be concluded quickly as I am travelling next week or I will be in xxx area on this date so can meet face to face).

You must have got back from the Framers by now and bet it looks great.
Didn't really want to part with that one as was one of my favourites but there are also many about that I would rather own.
