im heading over to Copenhagen in the new year. Has anyone got any ideas on things to do? Or any galleries or street art?

It will be absurdly cold. Do not go to see the little mermaid, that's the only disappkinting thing there. Tivoli is great. The 'meat packing' district has some solid meat restaurants.
Copenhagen Editions do runs of fantastic prints, are extremely friendly and likely open for a visit. Some of their prints are up with any modern edition out there.
Go for a run along the river if you can. It's, ERM, refreshing
