Question About Preserving Important Art In UK, by denzil on Mar 17, 2018 20:34:29 GMT 1, Dont know if im imagining this or not but I am sure i read somewhere that someone got in trouble for destroying a banksy street piece that was on the wall of their property because the local council had put some sort of preservation order on it and had previously refused to let them remove it . Anyone Know ?
