That would only happen if an eBay link was involved somehow

BANKSY Gross Domestic Product™, by irl1 on Oct 24, 2019 18:04:50 GMT 1, Take your pick ! if you've chosen more than one item it seems you're disqualified anyway, so the golden email is never going to look like that Indeed, you're correct, although I know in the Ts and Cs if the item isn't available they can offer you something else. I really need to unsubscribe to some emails, I have about 18,000 unread emails in that inbox. Anyone with OCD would go nuts seeing it. Judging by the T&C i can see a big sting in the tail even if you score.
There are a few little hints to keep you guessing.

BANKSY Gross Domestic Product™, by gibbin82 on Oct 24, 2019 18:09:17 GMT 1, I’ve finally bagged my self a genuine Banksy
Having read through the thread about the Gross Domestic Product shop and the surprise inclusion in the shop window. I have found this afternoon that Banksy must have come by my way and left me a special gift on my window sill see picture below. Wondering how much I can get for it on eBay

BANKSY Gross Domestic Product™, by redneck on Oct 24, 2019 19:14:36 GMT 1, But lots of these items are not likely to end up on eBay. The percentage of Sale Ends V2 sales was minimal. You close one gate and open up the fact that rich people can spunk money into buying many more lottery tickets than others. Futile. Anyone on here than hasn’t tried to find a way that their partner or parents can enter too must be as holy as the lord himself. Amen. I genuinely haven't 100% gospel truth. Guess that explains the feeling of omnipotence and the fuck off big beard, I'm God !

Hopefully they go up on the GDP website as a nice little set of the three posters for £30,unlimited edition . How gutted would the people with to much money feel who have been spending over a grand on the set 3 posters...

BANKSY Gross Domestic Product™, by gibbin82 on Oct 24, 2019 22:57:46 GMT 1, A lot of fuss about the give away prints/posters/paste ups, and I am sure that they appeal to quite a few people. But they don’t do anything for me and I wouldn’t bother if they were offered for another lottery as proper prints, or even as cheap posters as a set of three. I am not sure if a lot of folk (other than the ones who genuinely appreciate them) are only buying them because are by Banksy.

Pretty labour intensive to screen print thousands I'd have thought.

BANKSY Gross Domestic Product™, by avec art on Oct 24, 2019 23:10:34 GMT 1, I own a rat and think they're amazing, especially when you see it in the flesh. I'm less convinced about the flower thrower, as unless you're familiar with the entire motif it's missing context. My hope of the other two panels being handed out didn't materialise, but there is still time. Definitely some surprises still in store and more disappointment on the way.

Pleased you like the rat, but for me not being on a clock it is completely out of context and are not as inspired or amusing as the early rat stencils . Regarding the piece of flower thrower, it is only part of a great bit of work from the man and on its own nothing special. They were ‘again IMO’ just giveaways for the kids, so they could feel good about ‘owning a Banksy’ after being dragged along by their mums and dads to see the funny things in the shop window and never meant to be fetching silly money on the bay. It just seems to me as though Banksy mania has gone a bit crazy and it has become the modern day ‘South Sea Bubble’

BANKSY Gross Domestic Product™, by avec art on Oct 24, 2019 23:36:31 GMT 1, but as you correctly point out, the mania was not the intention even if expected. Behind the hype is an extraordinary artwork beautifully created and executed.
He sprayed the initial stencil directly onto the acetate and the effect of this really shows itself with the fine detail, so clear it's as if each piece has been individually hand sprayed.
Then he's then used a tool to smudge the sprayed image while the paint was still wet on the acetate, giving a free flowing and dynamic expression.
They're a very different animal to the early anthropomorphised rats, and my initial thought was also like yours, that the posture of the rat required the clock, but without the clock it can still stand alone fine imao.

BANKSY Gross Domestic Product™, by swissmade on Oct 24, 2019 23:38:15 GMT 1, These prints, the Rat, the flower Thrower and Crises are on very thin paper, someone here called it printed on newspaper. How do you preserve them. I mean newspaper always goes brown even when kept in doors in the dark, how do you stop that? Sorry if this has already been asked/discussed.

Yes, I have heard the paper being refereed to as news print. My immediate thought would be to sandwich the print between two pieces of glass as the best way to preserve it but I'm sure others have better ideas.

For that reason I would recommend framing it within a rounded Frame ;-) I did some quick mockup hoping to inspire some of you with your framing. Cheers!

Ink sticks to glass if in direct contact with it.
