Leasing/hiring art, by Balboa on Feb 11, 2022 16:34:36 GMT 1, Apologies if this is a silly question, but is there a market for leased/hired physical artworks?
I've tried looking online but couldn't find very much. That's possibly because it's a stupid idea or I have inadequate Google skills.
Many thanks.

Add edit: Not really a stupid idea. Stagers use this service together with furniture rental in high end real estate in NYC.

Leasing/hiring art, by Modern Rembrandt on Feb 11, 2022 16:40:12 GMT 1, Apologies if this is a silly question, but is there a market for leased/hired physical artworks?ย I've tried looking online but couldn't find very much. That's possibly because it's a stupid idea or I have inadequate Google skills.ย Many thanks.
Not a silly question at all! There are hundreds of reasons as to why you might want to rent art, whether as a business owner or collector.
Iโve been ad targeted by two different companies that revolve around the monthly โleasingโ of artwork. Unfortunately I donโt remember the names off hand, but Iโll make note once I come across them again. The only issue I have is the fact that not many of these artists are interesting, most seem pretty obscured.
