According to the owners of the property... 50k is really needed.
What you said was my first thought. But if I have to think of Banksy's work as a whole... then I hope that the Municipality buys it... and that it can protect it as well as for all the rest of Street Art.

Iโd assume they could just incur the one time cost of putting plexi over it and calling it a day. Regardless, amazing piece that hopefully can be enjoyed for years to come.

That didn't happen, there is no way a local council is able to do that. I call bullshit on the whole story. |

This wall is probably going in someones eclectic backyard/garden. Only real appeal of buying something like this, I think!
