Art markets like Harland are slow atm. He brought out a lot of prints at a time when people got a bit tighter with money. Subsequently heโs easy to buy atm - if you want a Harland you can shop around.

Harlandโs work isnโt necessarily about wowing with immediate impact. It can take a few seconds for the viewer to pick up a message from the title or see something in the imagery. A lot of his work is about understatement and hidden meaning. Even so, a neon pink print like this has some โwowโ factor with or without borders in my view.
Disclaimer - Iโm biased because Iโm waiting to pick my XXX from Frame shortly.
