Just bought one for £38k on the nose. I’ve bought 4 in last 3 months for between £38-42k, with last two being £40 and £38k respectively. If you want to shift one right now this is better than you’ll get at auction where you’ll probably walk away with £30-32k whilst the buyer gets an additional bill for £10-11k.
