I worked right around the corner from the Big Issue office in Birmingham at the time and went in to pick a copy up, and Stik had just been to paint their foyer.. but he wasn’t happy with it so painted over it. I missed him by 5 minutes. They even called him to see if he was still nearby but he was heading for a train so never did get mine signed.

Ive never framed them despite wanting them up on the wall, just in case I ever got the opportunity to meet him, but think that’s slim chances these days.
