Last December, I returned an Eelus Shat-At because the printing was all botched up. To my very pleasant surprise, I got a replacement merely 5 days after I sent it back (bear in mind that I live in Los Angeles)! I still haven't figured the whole thing out - the return tube takes 3-4 business days to get there, so unless they sent out a replacement even before receiving my defective one (which is highly unlikely), I don't know how the whole thing would've been completed in just 5 days.
Not that I'm complaining, but just curious! This time around though, it's been 4 days since I sent my defective Morons back, and it's still yet to be delivered to POW headquarters... so it's probably gonna take a while (The US postal service is even more erratic than POW). But once POW receives it, I'd say the turnaround would be pretty quick.

I rang Dora, who was sound and offered to replace it. I thought fuck it and ironed em right out. The print now looks perfect. I cant belive i just put an iron to a Sepia Morons. Fuck it! It worked! i love POW to death and Doras customer service is 2nd to none, but fuck me they need to invest in some stronger tubes. Its not them fucking them up but the Royal Mail monkeys! Bah! All is well. Will post pics once framed! Taking that and my Applause in next week!

Got to admit I am starting to get slightly concerned as last time I contacted POW I was told it had been shipped.
