FS: BANKSY Rat Arkitip Cover Stencil , by highinla on Oct 19, 2010 16:58:21 GMT 1, Sometime in 2001, Arkitip Magazine featured a Banksy stencil ready to be cut on the back cover. I have never seen anyone else with this item before... than again, this issue came out way before any Banksy hype. Anyhow, it was carefully cut it and put it in the fame and its been framed since. I'm running out of wall space, so I decided to pass it on for someone else to enjoy.
