Catching first breath after the epic opening of Crimes of Passion at the RWA, we're very pleased to announce JUSTICE a group show featuring C215, BRUNO LEYVAL, LEAST WANTED, MC1984 and DAN 23.
JUSTICE is a concept show based on themes of Law and Order that all five artists have been committed to for the past three months, and have been working very hard to make it a special show.
Traveling to Bristol from France and New York to build Justice, featuring site specific installations, photography, prints, stencils and a range of new original work. All the artists have a strong collective interest in the plights of minority cultures, human rights, freedom, homelessness and the vacuous subject of law and order, and Justice will display the combined aesthetic of these interests placed within the oppressive environment of Bridewell Police Stationโs cells.
Also included in the show is work from 2 cult books:
Least Wanted a collection of over a century's worth of mug shots
Stencil History X C215's now infamous snap shot of the worldwide stencil phenomenon.
The show starts this Friday so hope to see you there, but if you can't make it all the work will be available on the Steal From Work website from Saturday.
