im pretty sure this is'nt a banksy, im not sure who its by but the quote above just proved to me that in the eyes of the public, banksy is no longer a graffiti artist, he has, in some ways, been imortilised.
if this piece was by banksy it would be art but if it was by some unknown teenager it would be graffiti despite it being the same piece
