ABOVE: 4-new "shape shifting" arrow prints., by karengolden on Nov 9, 2009 18:40:35 GMT 1, There seems to be some confusion with the International shipping option we have set up when you pay. I will address it here so all of you can be better informed. If you purchase outside of the USA there is an extra international shipping option (with tracking and insurance). You don't need to purchase this even thought we suggest it. Your print(s) will still be shipped but the only difference is a more secured and insured package in the event of loss or damage. If you do not wish to purchase the "option #2" of extra insurance your tube and shipping costs are already added into the check out price. I hope this makes it easier to understand? Thank you all for your support. These prints are being well received. -Karen.

ABOVE: 4-new "shape shifting" arrow prints., by karengolden on Nov 12, 2009 3:01:59 GMT 1, All of our international shipping info is found on this link goabove.com/main/?page_id=553 It seems as if our 2 different payments of shipping has a lot of you confused? We setup 2 different options of shipping because we wanted to try and give you the buyer more choices instead of being hit with a $40.00 International shipping charge for a $45.00 print. Then the total would cost you $85.00 dollars for a 45 dollar print. We are well aware that most other print companies based in the USA charge between 35-40 dollars to ship to Europe or other international destinations. We just didn't want to make it mandatory for the shipping to be almost the same cost as the print. Does this make sense? Can I ask and have some feedback about those of you outside of the USA about international shipping? Would you prefer just 1 price and 1 method of shipping or is offering 2 different shipping options a better idea? What are your thoughts? -Karen.

ABOVE: 4-new "shape shifting" arrow prints., by Heavyconsumer on Nov 12, 2009 16:25:30 GMT 1, I think it's a great idea Karen. I reckon high shipping rates put overseas buyers off some of the cheaper prints. Thanks for putting the extra effort in for us to make the prints more attractive. I hope it works out well.

ABOVE: 4-new "shape shifting" arrow prints., by Daniel Silk on Nov 12, 2009 16:58:39 GMT 1, I like these but I think the text spoils them sorry.
I think would have been better printed on square paper, and without the text.

ABOVE: 4-new "shape shifting" arrow prints., by karengolden on Nov 12, 2009 18:10:30 GMT 1, We couldn't agree with you more Heavyconsumer. We just felt it a bit awkward to be charging almost $40 dollars international shipping for a print that was starting at $45.00 dollars. Let me ask you (and others) what you think about keeping and having both of these shipping options. Obviously if your buying 1 or 2 sets of the shape shifting arrows then your artworks inside your tube become more valuable and perhaps you might want to purchase the extra $20 for piece of mind, tracking and insurance. What are more of your thoughts with international shipping? any better suggestions on how to make it more affordable for you the consumer?
Silky: Nice to get your positive and negative feedback. I can't personally comment on why Above chose the different fonts but I quite like them and see them very fitting with each style of the pattern. The Circle print is more "elegant" and fine detail as is the "Above" font. The stars "Above" font the same. Regardless you would be dumbfounded to find an ABOVE print this affordable ever again. It's less than 85 pounds for 4 signed, embossed and classic Above arrow prints. Happy holidays -Karen.

ABOVE: 4-new "shape shifting" arrow prints., by karengolden on Nov 12, 2009 19:46:55 GMT 1, Another question we have for all of you based outside of the USA who purchase prints from the USA. Could you talk a bit about your shipping experiences, both positive and negative. We have decided to stick with U.S.P.S. for international orders and our thick tubes as we feel its the best option? I believe our tube thickness ranges depending on the print and size. Mostly we don't ship anything less than 0.80 thickness and go all the way up to 1.50 thickness. Another question I have for all of you is the diameter of the tube. A tube that is 3 inches (7.62 cm) in diameter vs a tube that is 4 (10.16cm) or 5 inches (12.7 cm) in diameter. Does this really matter to you the buyer? Hypothetically speaking the print is having to be rolled up more on the smaller diameter tubes but does that matter? Feedback please! We are trying to make you the buyer as happy with your print and delivery as possible. -Karen.
