GetDringMobile Art Auction 15th Oct, Bristol., by getdringmobile on Jul 21, 2009 23:32:07 GMT 1, We have had some very generous offers from Artists, Individuals and Gallaries to donate art to the 'Get Dring Mobileโ cause so much so that this has now mushroomed.
In order to maximise the money raised from this we have decided its time for a more co-ordinated approach so this will now be turned into an event comprising of a short exhibition of work donated, followed by an evening of live music, painting & auction of all of the work.
Location & Dates
Paintworks Event Space | Bath Road | Bristol | BS4 3EH
October 14th 11am - 9pm viewing
October 15th 12 noon - 6pm viewing 7pm Auction
There will be music & live painting in the courtyard from 4pm on the 15th from some of the UK's biggest talents. Live painting Inkie, Mr Jago many more tbc.

I would like to donate a piece to your cause. Can you please get in touch with me to discuss? Your cause is particularly close to me, as I fractured my C7 in a trampoline accident when I was 16; fortunately, I was very lucky not to have been paralyzed, but I think about it often and thank god that I only had to be immobile for 6 months.

Also the lovely Clares shops from WK who has donated a tidy pile of prints for our ebay auctions including a Miss Bugs Diamond Carrot print which will be auctioned through ebay

Auction of Urban Art
Secret Postcard sale (we have lots of fine artists involved in this, some who sale their work
for ยฃ30,000 plus) All pieces in this are going to be ยฃ50. So you could grab a bargain and a half.
Vincent Brown portrait raffle-tickets costing ยฃ5.

Should be a great night.
