"It is called Eleven and features eleven male artists as one in eleven men are now diagnosed with the disease. Each artist is working on a 'man sized' canvas (provided by John Jones). The Canvasses will be sold at the Bonhams Urban Art auction next February.
We are sponsored by John Jones, Idea Generation are doing the PR and we will hold an exhibition of the eleven works in a space for a week prior to the works moving over to Bond Street. Bonhams will also promote the auction heavily.
The artists are going to be (hopefully):-
Gerald Laing
D Face
Blek Le Rat
Andrew McAttee
Dan Baldwin
Ben Eine
Xenz
Pure Evil
Shepherd Fairey
Nick Walker

All guys of a certain age should consider the benefits of a finger up the arse ;D yeh and joking aside I'm not far off being one of them.

Sadly, this is one of the reasons many men neglect to take greater care with this aspect of health. A family member of mine requires regular checkups and I understand that fingers are no longer the prefered method these days. Ultrasound is used instead, which is of course not "intrusive" or frightening at all!
So for all you 40+ year olds, fear the finger not!

Absolutely! I'm really looking forward to some snaps of what the likes of Xenz, McAttee ans most of all Vhils, do with these canvasses. Should be very interesting.

All depends, are you over 40 if so then maybe. If it's your only symptom then prob not.

One in 11 of all men will get prostate cancer, by Deleted on Nov 20, 2008 4:10:07 GMT 1, wife's a doctor. general rule of thumb...if something isn't working right or you develop new symptoms, it's worth checking out. as males it's easy to "tough it out", but there's a big difference from early diagnosis and late discovery.
