Anyone used Frame Express ??, by njr911 on Oct 1, 2008 9:34:48 GMT 1, www.frame-express.net
The N93 or N41 white frames look ok and cost about ยฃ30! Museum grade mount and acid free backboard
What are the drawbacks ? No glass I guess (perspex), but you could always buy UV glass at a later date.
How would you stick the print to the mount ?
If someone knows the sizes I'd need for a Faile Momento Mori i might be the guinne piggy

Anyone used Frame Express ??, by Andy'77 on Oct 1, 2008 9:48:40 GMT 1, All my Kozyndan prints are in frame express frames (only natural wood finish so can't comment on those particular frames). The quality is pretty good and on both occasions I ordered from them, as there were a few frames, they rang and said they were sending their own van with the frames so I had the option of glass or perspex.
I used acid free photo mounts to hold the print to the backing board, then cut the backing board to a size a little over that of the print and then taped the backing board to the mount. Works fine if the print is light and inexpensive and means no tape touching the print. Not sure Id recommend this on the Faile though.
