BEEF...WK Gets Knocked the F..K OUT!, by James Smith 77 on Dec 8, 2008 4:15:41 GMT 1, Is it? I was raised in NY as a graffiti writer and was raised holding the basic rules of graffiti as (BIBLE). A fill can go over tags. A burner can go over a fill. There's no way WK can justify taking photocopy posters and going over someones fill. Street art is not higher than good graffiti (in the hierarchy of things). If anything it's below it. The proof is in the pics. I think WK got what he deserved.

I grew up writing in Toronto and am well aware of the hierarchy of graffiti. The original throwies WK went over weren't that hot, they went back and claimed their spot, whatever, leave it at that. I feel like it is fucked that it came to a fight at an art show. Seems really juvenile to me.

people shouldn't bite the hand that feeds them... and unfortunately I see a lot of "so called" street artists doing just that... When I grew up within the graffiti movement, London was a scary, dark and very dangerous place to be running around painting your name on walls... nowadays it's all free beers and gallery openings... In my opinion, WK should know better. Saying that tho, i hope the bloke's ok... I certainly don't wish him any ill harm.

BEEF...WK Gets Knocked the F..K OUT!, by robinbanks on Dec 8, 2008 10:59:45 GMT 1, What language is that article written in?
All the words are English but none of the sentences make any sense.
"Strictly Street Beef", is that a pilot for a new BBC Saturday Night prime time TV show?

You mean back in the 1880's when Jack The Ripper was running around?
