It amazes, and angers me that artists produce work that is then sold. How very dare they. I prefer it when it is impossible to buy an artists work, cos then I can complain about how unfair it is that I cannot buy his work. Infact, when i can buy an artists work, i no longer want to, which is a problem when it comes to collecting art, although it does mean i have a lot of room on the walls reserved for pieces i can't buy and should i be able to buy i wouldnt want....

ha ha, very true , no one wants art thats easily avaliable, whats the point any tom dick or harry can have it on there wall too, that would mean that i would not be the envy of my friends who know nothing about the art i collect, and i couldnt say to them when im explaining the art they are looking at, that they cant get one and only a special few have them ;D
