The Best Film Ever, by Hubble Bubble on Dec 8, 2016 11:47:01 GMT 1, It's also a bit... well, dull. IMHO of course. I tried. I tried. I tried. But, ultimately, it felt a little like LOST, almost as if it was being made up as it went along by folks who were convinced they'd be able to invent an answer in series 3, 4, 5 or 6 or whenever it might end... No, no , no! Best series I've watched in a very long time... and great plot twists in almost all the last few episodes. Also, unlike Lost, it seems they've wrapped it up in 1 series (10 episodes) and I hope they don't try to crowbar a second series out of it. Ah well... one man's meat and all that!

The Best Film Ever, by Hubble Bubble on Dec 8, 2016 11:11:20 GMT 1, How can't we fall in love with WestWorld serie ? This is the most poetic, nostalgic film that I've seen .. Its all about humanity, desperate, intelligence, cruelty, difference between each other's, its about love, death, cheat codes and cheat ( pronounce "s**t " life, playing what we are not, and living moments that we could not imagine before.,, Trespass is the worst thing. And birth has been made by the unknown. Both in fact depends o the Hasard, the masterpiece. Planets know that. It's also a bit... well, dull.
IMHO of course.

What do you drive? , by Hubble Bubble on Nov 19, 2016 21:50:01 GMT 1, Never been a big petrolhead but fancied a punt on a car that I'd love driving and might appreciate. Long time BMW driver so decided to pick up this... BMW Z4M Coupe. Just a few hundred RHD made between 06 and 08 (mine is 07). For those that care (I wasn't one until I bought it), it's BMW's straight 6 M-Sport 3.2 litre engine, producing 343 BHP. Highly regarded apparently. Same S54 engine that's in the E46 M3 BMW and BMWs last naturally aspirated (pre turbo) M Sport engine. All that bollocks aside... I absolutely love the car and can't imagine why it's taken me so long to pick something like this up. Mid life crisis maybe? when i get some money again, i will get one of these, I Used to have a Z3M Coupe S54. Absolutely loved it, used to drive it every day, use it for track days etc, best fun. If ever you want some good fun finding out what your car can do, book a day with this guy :-) Andy Walsh www.carlimits.co.uk
Cheers Bren... I may just do that!!!

Looks great, doc.
Mine arrived today. Been under the knife though so won't be opening for a while.
As long as I live I'll never forget the delivery driver's face when, as we struggled to get it in the house together, I told him it was a book.

The Best Film Ever, by Hubble Bubble on Nov 17, 2016 11:08:54 GMT 1, Saw NOCTURNAL ANIMALS last night and found it absolutely beguiling. Elegant, immersive, superbly crafted and with a real Hitchcock/Lynch vibe. Not without a couple of minor holes and blemishes but certainly worth a trip.

David Hockney 🏴 Painting • Show News • Art For , by Hubble Bubble on Nov 12, 2016 19:01:41 GMT 1, Had a major wobble this week. Got a call from Germany telling me my card had been refused. Thought they taken payment on order (I went for 'Tulips ' right at the start) but it transpires they were taking it this week. Had a horrible moment of thinking I'd missed out before being reassured they'd kept the print for me. Have to say - excellent and friendly communication from Taschen so far. I should have posted something on here as I contacted them about a week after I had purchased and asked why the money had not been debited from my credit card..... they told me that the money would only be taken when they were ready to ship. i could have helped save you the worry so I apologies for that..... glad it all worked out and yes I absolutely agree very friendly and considerate people!
Yorkie
No worries yorkie. My card had been changed in the interim due to fraud is all. Serve me right for not realising £3.5k hadn't been debited
