Lucas Price 🇬🇧 Cyclops • Burning Candy Graffiti Crew, by serendipity on Apr 14, 2016 11:37:47 GMT 1, Lucas Price Cast Bronze Basket Ball 2014
"Made in Heaven"
Bought as investment having to sell due to health problems. As it's Cast Bronze I'd prefer a pick up from North London if feasible if not happy to meet up. Shipping is feasible but likely to be costly!!!
All offers considered.please see notes below
Can I ask you to make an offer? The reason being Lazarides have this for sale at £6,000 plus VAT and Paddle 8 have given me an estimate of between £3500 and £6500.Personally I don't expect anyone to pay the Laz price but I do need to sell as I have health issues with whats happened to my partner in the last month which was very serious I have to get my families life back on track . I am loathed to sell but really have no option. I plan to have the pieces posted for a week and go to the best price I can get. I hope you think this is fair.
I got this directly from friend of Lucas and am loathed to sell as I was buying it as an investment (to pass down to my son)
I guess based on your gut feel and what you know Lucas's work goes for e.g. the canvas of the flattened basketball which sold at Sotheby's at the Banksy auction. His recent exhibition at Laz etc
Hope you understand my predicament and why I'd rather the buyer put a price on this as ultimately art is a personal matter.
Thanks for your understanding (I hope) :-)

Gavin Turk 🇬🇧 Print Release • Show News • Art For Sale, by serendipity on Apr 14, 2016 11:06:55 GMT 1, Gavin Turk EXHAUST EMISSION ON CANVAS - 2014
EXHAUST EMISSIONS ON CANVAS, SIGNED 'GAVIN TURK 2014' VERSO. PRODUCED BY VENTING THE EMISSIONS OF A LONDON BLACK TAXI CAB DIRECTLY ON THE CANVAS. FIFTY INDIVIDUAL WORKS WERE PRODUCED BY THIS METHOD, EACH DIFFERING SUBSTANTIALLY IN TONE & DISPERSION OF MEDIUM. ALL BEAR THE RATHER IRONIC, HALO EFFECT OF THE EMISSIONS.
PROVENANCE: PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM THE ARTIST.
Excellent, original condition throughout. Canvas on stretcher. Unframed.
APPROX CANVAS SIZE: 40.5 CM X 30.5 CM
Decent offers considered shipping worldwide at buyer cost plus cost of insurance
Notes: Can I ask you to make an offer? The reason being I have seen this for sale up to £1500 (Hang Up Pictures) and Paddle 8 have put a value on it of $2000 to $2500 personally I don't expect anyone to pay that but I do need to sell as I have health issues and my partner has recently been seriously ill I am trying to get my family's ife back on track. I am loathed to sell and had hope to pass this down to my son but really have no option. I plan to have the pieces posted for a week and go to the best price I can get. I hope you think this is fair.
My only guidance would be based that as per Gavins web page "Gavin also sold a unique edition of 50 pieces called Emission Edition. The pieces were created by holding a canvas against an exhaust pipe and then accelerating, the soot from the exhaust leaving a unique mark on each canvas." If you look at his Tea Stain (Print) a 1000 edition priced priced at £380 (without a frame )
I guess based on your gut feel and what you see directly from Gavins shop should give you some indication of value and potential value. Art you know is a personal I thing I love Gavins work queueing took place for for hours to get this piece from one of our great modern day artists
Hope you understand my predicament and why I'd rather the buyer put a price on this.
Thanks for your understanding (I hope) :-)
