Incidents on London Bridge and nearby Borough Market, by tartarus on Jun 4, 2017 1:21:45 GMT 1, Every time something like this happens I die a little on the inside. How much longer are we going to look away, be politically correct about islam and the effects it has on our western society? seriously, this again? wrong thing to say, wrong time to say it, wrong wrong wrong.
Walk away in shame and have a fucking long word with yourself.

Incidents on London Bridge and nearby Borough Market, by tartarus on Jun 4, 2017 0:39:00 GMT 1, sounds like vauxhall was a false alarm. Station is open again now.
Edit: it was a separate stabbing but not related.

New Banksy - UK Election Souvenir Special, by tartarus on Jun 3, 2017 21:30:13 GMT 1, I guess another way to look at it is he's not actually trying to sway the vote or buy votes, he's just rewarding Labour voters with a gift like a print release just for those who share his political opinion. Standard Tory policy, i said this pages back lol.

New Banksy - UK Election Souvenir Special, by tartarus on Jun 3, 2017 21:12:30 GMT 1, If the U.K. Is anything like the US, with all the money buying the influence of politicians, who we vote for changes very little. Elected officials don't truly represent our interests. Sure voting labour vs conservative will support the anticipated partisan policy results but short of that neither party has the common mans interest at heart. Therefore if Banksy wants to sweeten the deal, I'll change my vote, making your voice heard through voting is an illusion. well that plays hell with my theory that no one would be swayed in their voting intentions based on this! An interesting point you make though, it may also bring a bunch of people out who would other wise have thought screw it altogether. Maybe somewhat more thought out than people realise. or got lucky on that one.

New Banksy - UK Election Souvenir Special, by tartarus on Jun 3, 2017 20:46:38 GMT 1, well lets be honest here Dan, hes aiming it at Tory voters if the theory its a bribe is to be believed. And lets be fair to the man, when it comes to knowing how to play to your audience hes a legend.
So maybe your right, i mean, when it comes to those motivated by greed and willing to stab people in the back for a quick profit, its only right to say he has played a blinder.

New Banksy - UK Election Souvenir Special, by tartarus on Jun 3, 2017 20:32:36 GMT 1, People have died for the right to vote ! It has been a struggle in my country for the last 40 years Now Banksy thinks he can persuade voters to vote against the Tories by offering them a poster ?! Don't you get it ? This is so wrong ! It's bribery it's scandalous ..it's against everything Banksy stands for ! The rights of the common man to have a non biased vote in the running of the country . As I said if this was carried out in my country the perpetrator would be shot ! Everyone should have the right to vote and not be swayed by the promise of monetary reward , which lets face it this is ! He isnt bribing anyone. He is givong the nice people voting for hope a gift. While telling those voting for profit and self interest to go fu** themselves.
Nice to see you keep a tight reign on things, by shooting people!! way to hold the moral high ground there.

Donald Trump, by tartarus on Jun 3, 2017 15:34:48 GMT 1, Cant imagine they would support more coal. But i guess they might be up for creating lots of jobs with a properly funded and supported renewable energy programme. Like the ones the tories ripped the heart out of when they removed the solar feed in tariffs. Would have been interesting if british coal mines were still big employers, and if whoever was in power would do anything to close them on purely environmental grounds, and how the media and public would feel about that. bit of a weird thing to be thinking about though. I get what your saying, but at the same time, the world has moved on so there are more important issues to worry about. Some sociologist can write a paper on that.
What matters now is that we get seriously backing renewable energy and put stupidly dangerous ideas like fracking and nuclear out of our heads for good. Not only for the benefits to the planet but the benefits it would give us as individuals. Renewables are working in a direction where cheap to almost free power is available to the masses. That would make a huge difference to living standards alone, but of course, that doesnt appeal to those who profit from energy, they would rather see people freeze to death or chose power and heat or food than see free energy.
Back a better future rather than a more profitable one.

Donald Trump, by tartarus on Jun 3, 2017 14:46:49 GMT 1, crock of bollox from beginning to end. Not even going to bother breaking it down bit by bit, it speaks for itself. Break it down by all means, show me where am wrong. nope. wasted enough of my time reading it. Not going to waste any more debating nonsense.

Donald Trump, by tartarus on Jun 3, 2017 14:45:23 GMT 1, That's an interesting point about British coal mines. I wonder what all the political parties would say to the idea of reopening coal mines for coal power stations? It would involve thousands of jobs, mostly likely labour voters? I wonder what the Unions view on climate change is? Cant imagine they would support more coal. But i guess they might be up for creating lots of jobs with a properly funded and supported renewable energy programme. Like the ones the tories ripped the heart out of when they removed the solar feed in tariffs.

Donald Trump, by tartarus on Jun 3, 2017 13:56:06 GMT 1, Trump's an easy target of left wing hate and some of those lefties are more like fascists than socialists. Backed by violence too in some cases.
The whole climate agreement deal was a fraud from the beginning.
Of course there is climate change, f**kme the climate has been changing for thousands of years. Ever heard of the ice age and for the fantasy minded the great flood wa scause dby climate change too.
The Paris agreement a fraud and just moving jobs and production from the west to China, India etc whilst at the same time taxing western companies who competed with CHina and India etc. With their sweat shop and child labour. Who benefitted, just look at those greedy politicians lining up to fill heir pockets with foreign cash.
I'm amazed Labour and Democrat supporteres bought into it as it was all about destroying the working class and jobs too.
Jobs Steve the son of Syrian migrants according to the media who was not the son of Syrian migrants as his mother was American, he was born in the US and his father was not a migrant but a traveller to the US who was a crook too. Jobs happy for Apple to have their over priced gadgets mad ein China with cheap labour where workers rights are ignored and wages far lower than having the Apple gadgets produce din the US.
All the Paris deal did was move pollution to China and India etc. there is just a smuch pollution as before because of our consumerist nature but it's hidden in China and India. The whole thing is a scam.
Trump is looking after American workers and creating jobs opening coal mines in teh US is a good thing and ever wondered why the US and us needs Saudi oil. We don't but it's all linked to the arms trade.
I assume that there is no one in the UK who would welcome for UK mines to be re opened and creation of jobs for coal miners, rather than import foreign coal. There again that would be against the Paris agreement.
Trump is an easy target for left wing hate and considering how the left behave, if ever there is a global left wing government, it will make free speech illegal and make 1984 look like utopia.
We all know what drives the left. In her bubble, Kathy Griffin thought nothing was out of bounds in mocking Trump

Donald Trump, by tartarus on Jun 3, 2017 0:38:44 GMT 1, The only good thing to come out of this is the planet will go on.. With or without us. It's been there before and it's probably better off without us. On a lighter note May was nice and hot in the uk and flowers doing good. Agree.. and there will probably be nuclear wars over food shortages before then also.. and also I'm not a fan of his but rightly or wrongly trump is sticking to what he promised his supporters. and the irony of that, those food shortages will be caused by global warming.

Donald Trump, by tartarus on Jun 2, 2017 14:28:22 GMT 1, 0.3 degrees rise in temperature by the end of the century.. People will be more worried about AI in years to come - a lot sooner than the end of the century , not climate change.. everyone has seen the films, AI will be easy to control. Unlike nature should we push our luck with its balances. once we push it too far, it will not be fixable. It takes a long time for the damage to show, and if it goes too far we wont be able to turn it round again for hundreds of years if we can find a way to survive. And that wont have much to do with the money in your pocket thats for dam sure.
That said, America pays a pretty high price already when it comes to being battered by the elements. So they are probably pretty well placed to be first to feel the consequences. So either the Trump wakes up, the people wake up, or perhaps they wont, and they will not wake up under a sheet of ice one day.
Make america Grate Again.

Donald Trump, by tartarus on Jun 2, 2017 10:20:30 GMT 1, Well, none, which is exactly my point. You berate me for posting a vid that fits my view of the world. Don't you do the exact same thing? Doesn't everyone? My apologies if you felt that I berated you. I accept that my post was inelegant. My point was that whatever political, social, economic (etc) position one person might take it is always possible to find something on the internet that contradicts that position. As such, some commentary on why you hold a particular position is preferable to posting a video alone. He doesnt seem to do answers coach. does seem to be happy to remove possible solutions that people are working on though.
No deal is better than a bad deal mate eh.
Whole world: We dont have a solution, but we do have the blanket the solution will sit on.
Trump: MY BLANKY, GIVE, GIVE, GIVE.

Donald Trump, by tartarus on Jun 1, 2017 23:48:44 GMT 1, Well done. Found a video on the Internet that expresses a view that suits. What a suprise. As opposed to you who is actively searching for and posting videos of views that are not your own? I don't really get your point. I think we, as a species, need to take our planet seriously but 'change' is not going to come from a vague diplomatic deal that costs a lot and achieves very little. It's going to come from private companies that invest in alternative, cleaner sources of energy, like Tesla (or to be more precise, SolarCity). its a foundation agreement. would it be better if it wasnt there? i can understand where your coming from to a degree, but i think your missing how important it is to have this and to work towards improving what it does, far better than binning it off and starting from scratch with nothing in place.

Donald Trump, by tartarus on Jun 1, 2017 22:19:57 GMT 1, think the news said that now makes 3 countries not involved. Syria was one, the US now, and i think the other was montenegro or something! Yes I heard that. Nicaragua I think. seems reasonable. 2 countries with an awful lot on their plate, and one with a nutter in charge.

Donald Trump, by tartarus on Jun 1, 2017 22:17:16 GMT 1, i think that video may have been produced with an agenda! Safe fracking huh! I dont think so. nor does the evidence seen across the US.
As for the Paris Agreement, it was set up as a platform for future efforts. Getting the countries to agree to be part of ot was a huge step forward. As it stands they think it will help reduce levels by one percent (not sure if thats predicted or current levels). But it was always the intention to get agreements on further reductions as time goes by.
That figure is pretty big, dont know how true it is, but it gets a lot smaller when you divide it by 173 countries, it also becomes a bit irrelevant when you consider how we function without air or clean water.

Theresa May seeks General Election, by tartarus on Jun 1, 2017 16:03:42 GMT 1, Do you think you are the MANY or the FEW? Do other people think you are the MANY or the FEW? can you also change the text back to black. This colour is horrible and not great to read either.

Theresa May seeks General Election, by tartarus on Jun 1, 2017 15:26:19 GMT 1, Do you think you are the MANY or the FEW? Do other people think you are the MANY or the FEW? One of the many Dan. And even if i wasnt, i would still be voting Labour. There is no way on this earth if i had piles of money, that i could ever accept what has been done to the people of this country in order to line the pockets of the rich. Its totally unacceptable to me.

Theresa May seeks General Election, by tartarus on Jun 1, 2017 14:27:04 GMT 1, At this time, with The Brexit Negotiations I think all politicians should be concentrating on getting the very best deal for this country and the all the people who voted for them. So sad to see so many backstabbing each other, twisting the truth and even telling lies, just to score a few points in the media world. This is one time when they should all work together for the good of the country. Unity from political parties on Brexit is not going to happen with a General Election next week. It shows how out of touch May is, that she thought it was a good time to hold an election! I find myself in the awkward position of agreeing with her!!! it was fantastic timing, well handled and only out done by the quality of the campaign.
i think on june 12th i will still be busy rolling around the floor laughing as tears of joy roll down my cheeks.
