Banksy prints, by Love Is In The Air on Feb 24, 2015 10:30:59 GMT 1, A Toxic Mary sold on eBay for 2,300 in December but not sure what condition was. I agree with the above and I think now, as I also look for the lower end U/S Banksy screenprints to buy, there is very little around for less than about 3k. Last two Trolleys sold on here for 3k and 3k+ in two weeks...

STOLEN BANKSY'S, by Love Is In The Air on Feb 11, 2015 17:29:15 GMT 1, What an absolute b*stard. And to make matters worse, some poor person will probably unwittingly buy these now off eBay or in a cash deal and then get a horrible surprise when they contact PC for change of ownership.

Good framer in London, by Love Is In The Air on Feb 9, 2015 15:50:42 GMT 1, Just moved to South London and started using Sam at SE1 Framing. He is not cheap but float mounted framed piece I got back today is brilliant and he is good at talking you through all the options and what everything costs before you make your mind up.

Banksy printers proofs., by Love Is In The Air on Feb 9, 2015 15:26:46 GMT 1, Printerman, with all due respect, what sort of reaction did you expect? You are new on here like myself, this is an established website and forum with lots of people here who know more than I will ever know about Banksy. On top of providing no photos of anything, you are claiming to have Printer's proofs of some of the most expensive screenprints in the world. And screenprints which were all made a number of years ago, in some cases a DECADE ago. Do you really think you can come onto a forum and casually claim to have lots of screenprints worth tens of thousands of pounds you've hidden away for years and we will all just PM you offering you suitcases full of cash the same day? It's ridiculous, just think through what you are doing and how little information you are offering. The obvious conclusion to draw is you don't have any proofs or could even be selling fake Banksy prints. For that reason myself and others will steer clear.

Harland Miller โข Who Cares Wins Print, by Love Is In The Air on Feb 5, 2015 20:53:04 GMT 1, Just to say if anyone like me is still thinking of buying one of these....prices have now gone up. Got an email yday from Viola, who judging from this thread is lovely ; ) She says:
"Unfortunately these prices (ยฃ1600 and ยฃ2500+VAT) were in the very early stage at the beginning of December for a limited time and a first few numbers of prints.
Currently "Who Cares Wins" prints are at the following prices: smaller size 64 x 50 cm 1.950 ยฃ excl. Vat., bigger size 136 x 110 cm 3.000 ยฃ excl. Vat. The next step will be higher in prices...."

Damien Hirst - "Love" Exhibition and prints, by Love Is In The Air on Feb 5, 2015 20:49:20 GMT 1, These prints are the same as the old ones he did with Butterflies just with a heart screenprint round them. Am big fan of Hirst early work but for me this is just re-heating old ideas in time for Feb 14. Sadly he hasn't made anything of note for quite a while...

..........................., by Love Is In The Air on Jan 23, 2015 20:13:51 GMT 1, Thanks PosterBob that's a lesson learnt. I thought people might buy in December to give as Xmas gifts, but I suppose you would need deep pockets these days! Likewise there doesn't seem to be many people buying this month as everyone is skint after Xmas. And perhaps some also saving themselves for auction next week...

..........................., by Love Is In The Air on Jan 23, 2015 19:27:38 GMT 1, As I said, if someone else gets a bargain then great, I don't begrudge any other Banksy fans getting prints they want for a price they want. I just meant this didn't feel right for me perhaps mainly because I have bought art from galleries in the past with COA etc
GLWTS

..........................., by Love Is In The Air on Jan 23, 2015 19:13:44 GMT 1, After some comments on here from other forum members I got spooked and pulled out of chatting about buying the TM. It is cheap - and seller seems v keen to sell for this elderly gentleman judging by emails I have had - but at the same time there is no COA and I guess I want my first Banksy to be bought off here feeling 100pc confident. If someone else gets a bargain this time, then great.
With regards to comments on pricing of TM, I have only been studying prices for a few weeks, but it looks like one sold on Ebay mid December for ยฃ2300...with a receipt but no COA. Auction prices are higher but I would hope it may be still possible to get one below 3k with COA, perhaps if someone needs cash in a hurry and you are ready to buy.

..........................., by Love Is In The Air on Jan 22, 2015 22:23:24 GMT 1, Banksy experts, I have a newbie Question.....
If I was to buy this Toxic Mary is there anyway I could get PC COA afterwards? I know some people say it takes months to change ownership, but what info would you need or is this just a non-starter? Clearly the price seems a bit too good to be true, I am a new on here but not completely stupid!!

Banksy Prices Up or Down?, by Love Is In The Air on Jan 22, 2015 22:08:35 GMT 1, Forgive the newbie, I've been reading stuff on here for two weeks or so waiting to get approved and join in
My outsider view is Banksy prices on this Forum seem v stable - no shortage of buyers - especially the U/S ones 3-8k. Seems to be lots of new people buying so can't see any signs of prices dropping.
I think the prices in next week's auction will also be good indicator of current appetite for Banksys in the wider market too www.bonhams.com/auctions/22275/
