Parcelforce Clearance Fees Risen, by lha on Nov 6, 2012 17:18:46 GMT 1, I've just been informed via parcelforce tracking that my canvas is being held at Parcelforce's Aberdeen depot until I pay the clearance fee and VAT charge. I don't know what the amount is yet but hopefully they've managed to get it right. Did you guys receive notification of the amount due through the post??
Ralized there was something wrong from the tracking link Brian. Phoned them up - they explained and i paid then and there over the phone. Parcel arrvied next day.
I recieved notification some time later (three days or so) through the post

Is this normal? Sorry to sound like a noob but the custom charges is new to me. Cheers Whiteboy.

However, I know someone else on this forum who received their Dolks recently and never paid a penny.

It depends what the bill is for. Did you buy both Dolks? HMP declare full value so I doubt the bill is for both prints packed together. Sound like it could just be "Bomb Suit" @ the correct rate of 5%. Either way, pay it. It's either correct or in your favor.
