Would a UK forum member please help me?, by Phear Loathing on Nov 10, 2012 23:25:37 GMT 1, There is something I have been after for a long time, but it's in the UK and the seller won't ship to me in the states.
Would anyone be willing to pick it up and send it to me?
I would be incredibly grateful and return the favor should you need some help from this side of the pond....

Would a UK forum member please help me?, by Phear Loathing on Nov 11, 2012 9:46:01 GMT 1, Thanks guys, just responded to another PM of a trusty forum member, so waiting to see here.
One hang up that chyren didn't feel comfortable with and others may not is that the seller wants this to be a face to face deal.
Long story short; bought Banksy off ebay he won't send to US (yet, working on him ) So I assume by a face to face deal he wants cash on collection.
What is the best way to make everyone comfortable with this arrangement? If it was a forum trusted forum member I would have no problem paypal gifting the money to them, allowing them to do the face to face deal.
Is there another way to do this kind of deal? I doubt the eBayer is going to want to accept paypal and then hand the print over with out "delivery confirmation" as he knows a unscrupulous buyer could file a claim. Likewise, I don't wan to paypal gift him, but like I said, I would with the right trusted forum member.
Bout to head to bed and again thanks for those of you that have offered, perhaps you would still be willing to knowing the full details of the arrangement. I'll be back after a nights rest.
Wanted to add; value of the print isn't crazy large. around 1500 quid
