10A - A Decade with the Blade
It's finally here. Celebrating 10 years of picture making under the moniker Eelus,
my first book '10A - A Decade with the Blade' will go on sale on December 6th.
HOWEVER, for all you people who have been kind enough to support and follow
me closely via my mailing list and Twitter etc, you'll all get chance to pre-order a
copy tomorrow, November 28th at 15:00 GMT at the Freakshow Projects shop.
The highlight of the set is my new print release, 'The Day the Stars Fell'. A
luxurious and atmospheric 8 colour hand-pulled screen print on 300gsm Somerset
paper. The book itself is hand-finished, no 2 books are the same with unique
scribbles and stencils in each. It's a carefully crafted, comprehensive and in-depth
look at my journey over the last 10 years. Artworks and international exploitations
are juxtaposed against documentary photos of my studios, influences and never-
before-seen work.
Each box contains:
โข 1 x Matte black presentation box with a silver foil 10A logo. Size: 215 x 310 x 35mm.
โข 1 x Eight-colour hand pulled screen print on 300gsm Somerset paper, entitled 'The Day
the Stars Fell'. Size: 210 x 297mm. Signed, numbered and embossed.
โข 1 x 140-page, full colour book entitled '10A - A Decade with the Blade'. Each one is
lovingly printed on a variety of high quality papers. Every book is a unique work of art,
hand-finished on multiple pages using inks and spray paint, with added original drawings
and stencils, thus creating an essential collector's piece as no two editions are the same.
The book's cover with a luxurious velvet laminate is dye-cut and 'spot varnished' to create
texture, highlights and contrast. Each book is signed and numbered.
โข 4 x A6 photos on high quality silk photographic paper, selected from the studio archives.
All with individual ink-stamped authentication.
โข COA - Authentication, signed, numbered and blind-stamped.
There will also be 10 hand finished AP sets for those who really like to push the boat out.
With a stencilled box, hand finished screen print and signed photos, these are the ones for
the serious collector's out there. These will be available via email orders only, so if you'd

does look a nice set, never know what to do with box sets though, do you stick em in a drawer to collect dust or get the print on the wall and book on the book case? and then just stick the other bits in a drawer...

I have just seen the pictures of the sketches/stencils on his website, it looks sweet.
