I contacted both Pest Control and Jo Brooks to see if they could ask Banksy for his permission. Jo Brooks never responded. PC said no. But keep in mind Pest Control โ Banksy. Pest Control = POW, and obviously they have their own reasons why they wouldn't want me to do this
Just one of which may be you selling a copy of Banksy's (alleged) old school photograph on eBay.

Brainwash just uses other peoples images and throws some paint on the image.
I wouldn't want their art if it wa sfree but people fall for the hype and the name.
It's also an interesting concept about taking a Banksy image and re doing it as Banksy has said stuff about copyright and ownership.
Personally I prefer original art, and if it is inspired by an image, the artworld revolves around that concept for centuries.

I spent about a year trying to come up with a name for a comic shop. It's always easier to come up with something for someone else. Once it's your business on the line, the name becomes oh so important. I was an emotional cripple by the end of the year. Couldn't stand to see a dictionary.
