Looking for a .pdf or webpage with information about his different prints, year released, edition, signed etc.

Massive difference between unsigned and signed, especially with his early or iconic prints.
For example, you can pickup a Choose Your Weapon (they are all signed) for under £4k, but you'll be lucky to get an unsigned GWB for that and there's no chance you'll get an unsigned Rude Copper for that amount of money.
A signed Barcode will cost you £10k+, but you can pickup an unsigned for £2.5k ish. A signed GWB is definitely going to be £15k+.

You're not going to get a multibagger unless you manage to scoop one from source and even then you're not looking at the kind of multiples folks who were buying prints and canvases in 2003 - 2005 were looking at.
Buy it because you enjoy it and if you get your money back one day then it's a bonus. I do believe that Banksy prints will further increase in value and now is a good time to buy but not the best to sell as there seems to be a lot of people offloading at the moment.
I'd love to have all signed Banksys but ultimately, I can't justify some of the prices being demanded so I'm more than happy with unsigned classics.

I'm still looking for a good list. The ones provided by links are not complete as there are AP's and prints given as gifts and so on..

Never seen a complete list online. Would be a great resource hey. Here's a few AP's from Santa's Ghetto Palestine.
