Really don't see the need for a comment like that amigo! I'm not a big fan of his art in general and no I wouldn't pay the prices being asked for his original canvases etc but the show is amazing and he's going out meeting people chatting away signing stuff happy as larry and being a nice guy. Is it his fault the gen public are bankrolling him...does anyone really care? I think in time he won't be remembered as a great artist but a wonderful showman....so why don't we just sit back relax and enjoy the show

Certainly there is more art that is out of my price range. And yes art mostly marketed for the wealthy. However, if you have your head in the game with a sharp, I think it possible to purchase art before the artist explodes. If you can see who is moving forward the you can go along for the ride. I would say that if you believed in an artist early enough, they will usually try to keep you in the loop as they grow, especially the ones who don't sell out. Of course artists have to pay bills too so no fault to them if we can't afford to keep up. But at least you have some great art from a blossoming artist.
Now, I have expensive taste in general. Plus I live a middle class life. So my growth as a collector is quite limited. Though frustrating, I have been lucky enough to have existed during the emergence of the street art scene. I was still a little late to the party. But plenty of artists emerge each year. Happy sifting ; )

There's no doubt Mbw has been very lucky. Do you think though there's more to it, than perhaps your comments suggest?

Got an Invitation signed for Forumite misterx and a fiver signed for me... Another party to be thrown at the end of the Show I've been told ;-)
Ottomatik : Sorry, didn't see your message on time otherwise I would have taken care of your request. Not sure he will be there everyday to sign for hours but if so surely another member here will try to sort you out...

10 000cans-1000 given Sunday -250x3 for 3 the days of this week(and only for the first 250 persons) =still 8250 cans to give away.
