Bansky signed piece on ebay IS IT REAL???, by craigf on Jan 11, 2013 18:20:28 GMT 1, So some background from an old thread - If I remember correctly Pure Evil had one of these that he was considering selling, he checked back to "source" and it was indicated no signed ones were ever given out so he took it off the market.
I however think this is a grey area as I do remember at least one other that is signed that although there is not a documented paper trail I have no reason to disbelieve. That said I do not think you would get a COA from Pest Control, not sure they'd consider verifying signature or even look at it

"I have a signed letter of authenticity from the founding partner of Sleaze Nation magazine that accompanies the print, that confirms that this is an original print and original Banksy signature." If anything ask to see the letter, and try to get in contact with someone from Sleaze Nation magazine.
