How comes Peadar101 on ebay has so much for sale?, by snakes on Oct 25, 2007 20:57:09 GMT 1, How comes this guy has so much Banksy stuff, both signed and unsigned.
He has sold numerous unsigned jack and jills, placard rats, morons, and now loads of lovely signed stuff?
Was it because in the old days people were able to buy numerous prints from POW or what?

he's been selling for a long time, my guess is he bought a load at the right time but also he will hunt around (not under that name of course) for good image prints and buy cheap. sit on them for a bit and sell for top dollar.
he has been quite quiet these last couple of months, at the start of the year he was doing over £10k a month and had a mix of both unsigned and signed.
you'll be surprised at the amount of people that had the foresight to bulk buy banksy prints not so long ago, and then sell them one by one on the bay, shame pow stopped them......................

There are a few ebay ids that buy many under priced prints, then presumably hang onto them until the market swings up. I would venture to say, if you had the dosh to spend over the past month or two, you could have bought numerous choice prints for much less than their high or even average prices... just hang onto them for a bit and when the prices come back up, sell at a profit.

He's just been in the right place at the right time and doing well out of it. fair play.
