If you think it is worth 4k why don't you buy it then? You will be £1k better off. As an economics student I just can't understand what people mean when they say something is worth more than what the last person paid for it. Not having a go at anyone just expressing my feelings on prices 
i was simply saying that i think it might sell for close to 4k and i have no doubt it will go for more than 3k. and i may well put in a bid but please spare us the economics lesson. we all know that the market will determine the correct value.
