Spurs -vs- Arsenal, by Warm Gun on Jan 7, 2014 22:15:31 GMT 1, I can't even bring myself to say their name, let alone write it. But you're a 'football fan?' Sure am buddy, what's your point pal? You're really clutching at straws here. I watch every premier league game I can, don't you? ......it's a bit weird if you only watch the scum.

Jesus f**king H Christ!
I give up with you. Banter isn't fun when the other bloke is nuts.

Oh right, so football fans can't watch their local clubs when they're a fan of a Premier league side? Great logic that. I suppose I can't watch my mates playing for their non league side either eh?....just in case it contradicts my loyalties?....I better change channel when Sky sports aren't showing Spurs too then....mustn't watch anyone else......oh no.

If I could go to every Spurs game then I would, but sadly I can't. It's no longer priced for the likes of me.

... but the man-ure can redeem themselves in the 2nd leg ....

Spurs -vs- Arsenal, by Coach on Jan 8, 2014 11:09:18 GMT 1, Warm bum might apparently he's a seagull AND a spud. Big spurs fan.ย I did drink in your pubs (white horse and railway club) when we played at yours though.ย I'm am certainly not a seagull. They are my local club and I get free tickets now and then, I don't give them a penny.
I don't think that there is anything out of the ordinary in watching a side local to you, even if your life long support has been for another team.
I moved away from South London years ago and don't see Palace as much as I'd like. But I do occasionally go to see the Cobblers. I enjoy watching a match.
I don't understand the animosity that people show to others who support a different team to themselves. It seems such an arbitrary way to judge someone. I would happily share a meal/drink with a Brighton fan if they are a nice person. I couldn't care less who they support.

Just for the record, one of my closest mates is a regular over at Tottenham. I don't 'hate' WG or my mate I just think they support a shit club. Like I said I was drinking in your pub coach with your own fellow supporters a few weeks back.

Sure. No worries. I wasn't specifically referring to you. Just my impression of some football fans in general. I very rarely went in the pub either before or after a match. I always had kids with me. I hope you found the Palace fans to be a friendly bunch.

I personally wouldn't like to sit with 40 thousand drooling, baying moronic Chelsea fans doing it but that's my personal choice.

Don't understand it either. I'm an AFC Wimbledon fan, followed Wimbledon before AFC were formed but I'd happily watch any team regardless. Even Palace!

Ffs will you ever learn. You're making this conversation even more delusional than when you were talking about spurs.
We were talking about attending games. You never mentioned 'TV'. Of course everyone watches other teams on TV, especially a spurs fan, you need to see some quality somewhere because you certainly don't get it at the lane.

Spurs -vs- Arsenal, by Jeezuz Jones Snr on Jan 18, 2014 21:04:25 GMT 1, Badly need a point at least today v spurs, we got 9 injuries and no midfield so its going to be tough,, any chance of sherwood loaning us Gylfi can't believe how tight the prem is from 10th down. Coach nice to see Palace out of bottom 3. Not going to start laughing at Cardiff being bottom yet as long way to go....
