IMO your best bet is to cut away each image and flog them on ebay without a reserve. I am as big of a Faile fan as anyone but can't see to many people wanting that in there living room, Good luck

It hasn't been acquired from the artist but has been removed when the construction was finished, so it has been removed legally.

Unique FAILE door, by Lunch Special on Apr 14, 2013 18:08:54 GMT 1, We have for sale an unique and original art work from Faile. The art work has been made on a wooden door which was part of a wooden fence round a construction site in Amsterdam. The door is about 2.40 meters high. Please, you should really consider rethinking your description of this as a unique and original work of art. This piece could of easily been done and most likely was done by an assistant as I do not see the Patrick's risking themselves and there freedoms screening or wheatpasting outside the country to threaten there passports.
I truly believe that artists of there notoriety whom make real money with shows, installations and for pete's sake, the NYC ballet, would rarely go out and vandalize the streets unless they are in comfortable surroundings where they know the ins and outs of law enforcement. Isnt that what having asistants is all about?
The wood panel is marred with graffiti, bad graffiti at that, and to say it is a work of art, well, beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder or should we dare say, the OP aka the reseller in this one.
I cant see why anyone would pay for this. The only way of owning or wanting to own something like this would be to stumble upon it on a walk through the actual construction site and knowing the artists and wanting to hold onto it to preserve it in a personal collection.
Good luck to you, but not with your sale.
Hoping you put it on display somewhere visible for the rest of the passersby to appreciate.
LS

LS Faile has put up lots of art in the streets over the years, mostly before they 'made it.' Even if it was an assistant, who do you think paints all the blocks and pulls the screens now? Hirsts spots? Unique and original huh? You don't know what you're talking about. Faile has always valued this aesthetic, different layers, collaborations, the passing of time on the streets visualized, coming to life. If you can't see why someone would want this, that's YOUR bad. I'm not saying it's worth a lot of money, but to me at least, it's quite valuable...if it was located in my city I would be interested...for example, I would put it in my basement and have other artists/friends add to it, eventually creating a full blown collage. All that "bad graffiti" would actually serve as a perfect backdrop...believe it or not Faile uses this EXACT same technique to enrich their artwork. Oh yeah, you first question whether this is even art or not, and then hope it get's put on display for people to appreciate? If no one would want to own it, why would they put it on display? Don't all of you get it? Street art is like anything else! There are good and bad sides. Some artists are altruistic, many do it for fame, fortune even. This is marketing 101, free advertising, for all you know the patricks care more about building their brand than making art for the people. In a sense, making art for the people is their brand. Same with Shep. In my opinion, shep & the patricks are better brand managers/producers/designers than they are artists. But alas, where to draw the lines?

Unique FAILE door, by St. Art Gallery on Apr 29, 2013 8:06:11 GMT 1, 9 hours ago you stated you were "pretty sure it's been made by FAILE". 6 hours later you "guarantee it's authentic". Didn't you learn a lot about sales pitch in 3 hours. All of which is besides the point, because it was I who had the stencils machine-cut and painted them as a tribute, not Faile. I wasn't at the location when the artwork was made, so I cannot say I am 100% sure.
Based on the info I have received about this artwork, I am pretty sure it's a genuine piece and I am sure enough to guarantee authenticity and allow inspections.

What's worthless for one person may be someone else's treasure. That's the ever lasting discussion about what's a piece of art worth.
Thanks for the remark about the L in Sotheby's. Will change it right now.
