And I never thought I'd say this but only because the bird really doesn't like it so its never likely to make the wall, not even in the rooms I am allowed to get away with stuff. Although she is now warming to Harry Fett.

Why would we not skip the middle man (you) and just sell for going rate elsewhere?
Your argument is flawed....if you can't afford to spend money on art, framing, etc. due to bills and such, maybe you shouldn't be buying at the moment. Just a suggestion as it seems there are more important priorities.
