Eelus or Bnaksy??, by Gard on May 11, 2013 8:59:44 GMT 1, For me the Eelus is one of the prints you like for a week then you get bored of it. The Nola gives a bit more resistance so it's easier to have on the wall. I have never understood why this is a popular print, there are so many much better Banksys at a better price IMO. If I had to pick it would be NOLA.

Eelus or Bnaksy??, by tommyb on May 11, 2013 9:40:19 GMT 1, I would have to say the Eelus, I like both in different ways though, although not really a favourite print of mine from either artist

Eelus or Bnaksy??, by Karl Read on May 11, 2013 9:49:23 GMT 1, I love both. I don't have a Nola but have the Eelus up on the wall. Purely from a visual perspective I prefer the Eelus. I can understand why the majority think that the banksy has a stronger message, relating to the hurricane. For me the Eelus has just a strong message. The message of Nola doesn't relate to me in any way, where as the Eelus does. Sometimes you find your own meaning in art.

Eelus or Bnaksy??, by nah on May 11, 2013 11:34:19 GMT 1, Would people's views change if these were the same value? I think the Eeelus would then get more votes. probably - it's got a cheap and instantly gratifying aesthetic appeal in a "look at all the pretty colours" sort of way. i'd say with both on the wall nola would stay interesting for far longer though.

Eelus or Bnaksy??, by Unlawful Art on May 13, 2013 13:21:38 GMT 1, I agree with you Nah - Nola does stay interesting for slightly longer - Nola has a more rough, gritty finish, where as the Eelus is gleaming, and new, and clean - if you know what I mean.
