I sent a print with the prov in a poster roll to the states last week and it arrived NP a part from a crease in the print which me and the buyer have now sorted but thats another storey.. sounds like he my of changed his mind after selling. leave negative feedback. is his seller ID still active?

EBAY HELP FOR RBK, by psycholinguistix on Nov 24, 2007 20:56:50 GMT 1, Thanks to a kind ebayer who alerted me to what is being said about me, I decided to join and give my side of the story which will hopefully clear this all up.
Firstly I sent RBK a refund for the Beejoir print as he claims it has never arrived through Paypal.
Secondly RBK never sent payment for the Neate Deepend print and so I have instigated a claim through ebay and as mentioned it has been relisted.
To thank me for both the refund and effectively not doing anything about his not sending any payment for the Neate, RBK then decided to leave me bad feedback.
I have a feedback of 205 and until yesterday it was 100%.
I take great offence by all this. Everyone who has ever bought a print from me has always been happy with their purchase and I resent being lumped in with other less reliable dealers on ebay. The idea that I would 'rip someone off' for £330 or that I was not happy with the price is absurd. I bought the Turin Scam directly from SoS for less than £100 so I think the price I sold at was fair for everyone. The fact is that I can't keep everything I buy and so from time to time I let prints go.
Hopefully this will put an end to all this...

I should also add that I have applied for mutual feedback removal for both myself and RBK but so far he hasn't replied. Hopefully he will soon and see that this is all a bit pointless..

psycholinguistix - Your response is a little bit too late. As you can see from this entire thread - I asked for the advice of many on this forum before taking any action (opening an Ebay claim, opening a paypal claim, and then escalating to a paypal dispute).
You didn't "send a refund through paypal"... your lack of any response through paypal due to my escalating it to a claim resulted in an automatic refund - due to the case obviously being found in my favor. Additionally, I didn't want a refund - I wanted the print I won on Ebay for a given price that I paid you for in a timely manner.
At no point through all of our emails (despite my numerous requests) did you ever provide any sort of tracking/shipping information. That coupled with the fact it was the lowest selling price for a Turin Scam at that time leads everyone to make the same conclusion... You never sent the print, concoted a story about it getting nabbed by customs for having the provenance in the same package, and then the subsequent story of you sending them out separately, despite NEVER providing me with any shipping/tracking information for any of your alleged delivery attempts.
I had every intention of purchasing the Neate - Deep End off you, had my dealings with you not been so terrible.

I understand that you never expected me to read any of this and so thought you could just write what you like and no one would ever think otherwise.
