I'd like to offer my sincerest apologies to everyone who has received a damaged 'After the Rain' print in the last week or so. There are a couple of factors that have led to the problems which have been addressed and I'm currently doing all I can to put a new packing and shipping method in place to ensure this situation doesn't happen again.

From now on all prints bought from Freakshow Projects will be flat packed with extreme care between rigid boards and shipped with the help of a well established logistics company who will keep you up to date with your order with full tracking information.

It's been a long and quite upsetting week to see so many of your prints in this condition and to hear of your disappointment. I'm still just a one man operation here, learning by implementation and mistakes and so I accept full responsibility and agree with many of you that greater measures should have been put in place originally to prevent all this mess. I always have and will continue to do everything I can to make sure every one of you is happy with your order as ultimately it's because of you that I'm lucky enough to make a living from doing what I love. I'm dealing with each one of you individually to make sure a perfect replacement finds its way to you as soon as possible.

The only light in all this has been realising how patient and understanding you all are as collectors and I feel very humbled to be dealing with such a great bunch of people. So thank you again for all your words of advice and support over the last week and I'll be in touch with you all again very soon to update you with the progress on your replacements.

I havent taken this one yet but i must say i love the way you have framed yours warmgun deffo shall be copying yours and be heading down my local framer tomorrow haha ;0) Niiiiooooccceeeee

Even with the oversize tube, the print is still curled. Anyone that wanted to float this print would be making a mistake by framing it this soon - quality framers wouldnt let this happen. The paper needs to relax naturally. Regular matting would cover up the image and still could warp over time on the sides. Mine will be framed but it is sitting for at least 2 more weeks.

There were quite a few NEISBAW float frame jobs that were rushed and they are still curling at the top and bottom. Some people waited up until 6 weeks for it to flatten... and it paid off for them.
