Not all PPs are trimmed. Those that are state this on the COA but there are PPs that are mint and have not been trimmed or damaged. They do not have any qualification on the COA and were not sold at discounted prices (in fact from memory they were £50 more!).
I have this in writing via e-mail from Eelus.
