.......and remembered I had given the book very similar as a present years ago - I asked the Mrs if it was the Adam neate version and she was unsure - So after frantically searching the loft I found the book and it was the Neate version! - I have always wanted a neate original without even realising I have had one for years!
Think i will be straight down the framers - suprised of the value though as seems to be more than a street peice.
Anyone else own one?
Either way happy days! ;D

Got a Neate pizza box though still all wrapped up, one day I might frame it.

Just about every artists prints prices have taken a knock since the Mic release. It's also 'that time of year' when people start thinking about Christmas
Doubt that originals have gone down in price.
However it's always an idea to try to know the value rather than the price of everything. ( apologies to Oscar Wilde! )

There has been one on e-bay every so often with a high BIN price which never seems to sell. May be the same one, the BIN price is about what was asked when it was last on the bay

Yes indeed unbelieveable...I told her the value or approx value (wait till Bonhams see what that throws up) and immediatley she said "cool when we sell it thats half each" ....haha not going to sell but loved the instant reaction my present becomes hers again!...but I guess thats what being married is about!!!!

neate graffiti world, by jfury on Dec 28, 2007 12:13:24 GMT 1, Will do - going to get framed within the next 2 weeks once the holidays are over.....I think it should be arranged as she got me the kate moss banksy record cover (do you know the one?) framed in perspex for Christmas so would certainly be of benefit!!!! ...oh and I didnt even ask her or mention anything art related for Christmas so was real bonus...will post pics aswell.

I remember the Bristol launch at the now sadly departed FOPP record shop on Park Street. Lots of free beer and big piles of limited edition books/boxes. To think I passed on the Neate boxes and brought myself a Apishangel Ghetto Ghost box and a Other box. Still love them both but not sure the best financial investment.
