Nobody will, instead Robin Barton and the vermin network will manufacture a price (at the world famous Julien's auctions?) that the press can quote in future articles for removed street pieces in an effort to fool the gullible that this is a legitimate business practice and sound place to put one's money.

I have seen no indication whatsoever that anyone is dumb enough to actually fall for it save for the press. But, I suppose the press actually gain something by quoting million dollar street prices in an article headlined by Banksy. Hmmm, perhaps the press are the largest benefactors of the vermin nonsense.
