His post on this forum seems to have been an additional update, giving people the chance to email him, should they not receive an email. I would agree with you had he posted this as an alternative to sending out emails. imo. When people are shelling out the best part of £395 of their hard earned the best the seller can do is keep you personally informed if production or postal delays occur. People don't mind that. Its just very annoying when they don't.
I'm losing the plot here.

The lovely smell of paint as I opened the tube was just the start of great things, because the quality of the printing is superb and it looks far far better laid out than it did online. All those different screens just make the colours jump off the paper.
I hope everyone gets theirs ok and is as happy as I am

From the looks of some of the photos and posts I think the stone looks great float mounted in a white frame (got a blue diamond myself). Trying to find anyone in shanghai to do that is going to be tough though, been some real horror stories of bad framing out here. Even the top galleries here have real problems finding guys who can consistently do a good job.
