i refund everyone who has bought 2 or more first. including a lady who bought 5.
then from our sales list online by the time of putting the product in your basket... last in first out.
myself and martin are stunned with the demand on this release and the amount of people we had online at 2pm and we both apologise for the refunds its not nice and i know how it feels, having been refunded lots of times inc banksy releases...
the blue was never online i only had 5 and sold them privately to good customers.
sorry again for all who missed out or were refunded

not good with the carting system though ... there has to be a better carting system that stops when release is 'sold'. Not a great fan of 'lottery' myself tough either.

1 - Love heart - Packing was shocking, with so many getting damaged!!
2 - Son of man - OVERSOLD
3 - Angel - OVERSOLD (yet there "surprised"?)
Today is a another example of this amateur gallery messing up - Martin, if your still on this forum and are reading posts from all your unhappy fans - take your work to a professional gallery who will at least pack things in the correct manner not oversell, and not be taken by surprise when more than 75 people want a print from one of 2013`s hottest artists!!!!

To hear them say they were "surprised" at the demand is an insult, MW has long been a respected and collected artist, and as time goes by his stuff gets more and more popular!! This is the 3rd MW release this gallery have messed up:

Don't think it's a problem exclusive to this gallery.
I've must have been refunded from every major gallery at least once.
Don't know of any carting system that hasn't had problems with over selling.

I've already explained all this to you in an email, trying to help a mate out who was in work and unable to get to a computer and the third because I was in a fluster trying to bag them I selected 3 instead of 2.

if so many people cart it and checkout there is always a chance of oversell.
its too easy to be pissed off because you missed out and i really do know how that feels but there is little i can do.
