Whatson Framing offer - Whatson Finished Spacers - x2 Left!, by Graham H on Sept 28, 2013 14:39:57 GMT 1, As every one knows, I am a massive whatson fan.. and Mr Framerman is a mighty fine fellow in deed, but, I think I may be the only one who thinks this is a little too much of the tagging .. the aluminium and image is stunning, but, I find the inserts drawing my eyes away from the picture.. i think maybe this is made even more profound by the reflection doubling the thickness of the inserts.. It looks like the inserts are too deep for the picture.. or is that an optical illusion
Id love to see the ' normal print, with the inserts, just to see what this looks like.. I think this may look better, and like wise without the inserts on the Alu .. or even the mysterious blue!
Not wanting to p*** on anyones bonfire, but just my opinion.. and bearing in mind Gary says its one of the best things he has ever done, and all the things he has had his hands on does make me sit up and think its just me....

The angle of the shot doe's exaggerate the depth but when viewed from the front will look great IMO, plus I love colourful pieces. I would of loved everyone to of agreed but hey ho.
Maybe we should set up an urban art association show where we can bring 1 or 2 pieces to show in person rather than dodgy pics as pieces always look different in the flesh.
