I don't hold any heavy meaning to the people in the collages being the royal family, they just happen to be the images I could get my grips on.

You could start a thread on here as a shout out to all artIsts in england then put a collective forum order in as a unit say once a month, have the distributor/wholesaler send to different addresss, postage will be the same but can price will be less and where a number of artists live in one area like london have all cans delivered to one address or a few to get shipping down. Individual payments paid by pp gift to a nominated person who forwards the total on. Just a thought |

Hand painted using spray paint and acrylic on 220gsm A3 Paper.
These are the outcome of blending collage and painting techniques, something I've played with for a while. I approached them as I would any abstract work, by building layers and going by my own sense of what works compositionally and aesthetically. A mix of rough spraying as the fill and controlled stencil sections to create the forms. Surrounded by a solid ground colour to establish a familiar, print-like feel which completes the overall look. I've shown them too friends and they've seen things like mechanical flies, CCTV cameras and futuristic weapons.. what do you see?
