Not too far from the truth IMO...im guessing a lot of people have over stretched themselves in the past 12-18 months buying every print thats come their way with the expectation of massive rises in value and now the bills are due...i expect to see bargins all over the bay leading up to Christmas.

Mark my words - this time next yr we'll all be millionaires !!!
Prices were bound to fall with interest rates being jacked up and money getting tighter in general .
Makes it a great time to sniff out a bargain and may actually deter serial flippers from jumping in with both feet next time al la Laz Mic prints !!!!
If you love what you have in your own collection then what the hell.
