Makes no sense whatsoever

I had to make a Paypal claim against them for the Faile in the end.
And suddenly had an email to say they'll do the refund, but not seen the money yet! (only yesterday though)

At least explains what the cut-down Eelus After The Rain prints were used for.......

But echo every other comment about Laminate - I received my Keyes and Hush 3-4 months after ordering, very late but they were very good.

I have been waiting for the Faile Boxset since before i can even remember - I think it was either December'12 or January this year - I even received a mail last month (after another bout of complaining) and was told the Faile's were signed - now in the process of being shipped back to UK and they would be out very soon - no further email and then this stating launch of October like there has never been any other date

I can only assume that the person(s) behind laminate are well connected in the art world - why else are these big names continuing to get in bed with them

I think I actually lose a bit of respect for every artist that deals with these bozo's nowadays given their track record for customer service
